Founded in 2025, Legit Sports Lab was built on a commitment to developing athletes for long-term success both on and off the field. Owned and operated by Claudia Bulger, alongside Glen Rock High School’s Head Varsity Coach and owner of Legit Baseball Club, Steve Spitaleri. Our organization brings together a passion for the game with proven coaching experience at the highest youth and high school levels.
Our mission is to prepare players not only for the next level of competition, but to instill habits and values that will benefit them for years to come. Whether an athlete is just beginning their journey or striving to advance to elite play, Legit Sports Lab is dedicated to guiding each individual every step of the way.
We offer a variety of programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels, including baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse and more. Our programs are designed to help athletes improve their skills, build confidence, and have fun!
Founded in 2012, Steve Spitaleri built one of the most respected and successful baseball programs in the Northeast. While our teams consistently compete at a high level and achieve success in tournament play, our core philosophy extends far beyond wins and trophies.
We offer a full range of teams, from 8U through the high school level, providing athletes with a clear path for long-term development. All teams train on-site at The Lab, where our experienced staff delivers consistent, high-level instruction. Through a structured training approach, each player is developed with a strong emphasis on fundamentals, skill progression, and learning the game the right way.
At the heart of our program is a commitment to player development—focusing on fundamentals, discipline, and a deep understanding of the game. We take pride in teaching athletes to play baseball the right way, fostering not only their skills on the field but also their growth as confident, coachable, and team-oriented individuals.
